Strengthening self-criticism and criticism according to Ho Chi Minh’s thought for lecturers to contribute to building a clean and strong central police party

Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh affirmed that self-criticism and criticism are indispensable activities in Party activities, considered a rule for building and developing the Party and a sharp weapon of the police forces. Currently, in order to build a clean and strong Central Public Security Party Committee, it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of self-criticism and criticism on a regular and continuous basis.
