Abstract

A positive pedagogical collective is both an environment and a condition for each officer, teacher, and employee in an primary school to develop their professional qualities and abilities comprehensively and harmoniously. The article presents the theoretical basis for building a positive pedagogical collective in primary schools. The results of this article’s research are the basis for primary school administrators to design and implement solutions to build positive pedagogical collectives in schools.
