Developing competences for students majoring in Literature Education through a number of teaching methods in Folk Literature

Abstract

To help learners actively participate in social life and avoid passivity and dependence, teaching methods in school are very important. Literature teaching also needs to change to adapt to the new context, helping learners develop comprehensive personality qualities, focusing on the ability to apply knowledge in practical situations and have the ability to solve problems in life and career. The article mentions a number of teaching methods for Folk Literature in order to develop for students majoring in Literature Education with the following competency groups: creativity, collaboration, Vietnamese communication, and aesthetic perception.
