Abstract

The teachers’ autonomy influences professional development in various ways. Firstly, it creates a positive learning environment in the classroom, encouraging students to continue learning. Secondly, self-learning teachers possess extensive knowledge and the ability to share it clearly and comprehensively. Thirdly, self-learning comes with adaptability, enabling teachers to be flexible in adapting to changes in the industry and in the teaching process. Additionally, self-learning also inspires and motivates students to continue their self-development. Lastly, self-learning teachers foster a comprehensive learning community by promoting interaction and knowledge exchange among students and between students and teachers. This increases opportunities for the professional development of both teachers and students.
