Abstract

Happy schools play a uniquely significant role for each of us, especially for teachers, staff, parents, and students within the school community. This article explores the concept of happiness, happy schools, characteristics of the happy school model, significance, methods, and proposed measures to build happy schools fostering safety, trust, and humane behavior, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of education in current schools.
