Abstract

This article provides a legal perspective and analyzes several limitations and inadequacies in the State's mechanisms and policies supporting the collaboration between educational institutions and businesses. It then proposes some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of this collaboration, contributing to the provision of high-quality human resources for the country.
