Abstract

International economic integration and the ongoing Industrial Revolution 4.0 have intensified the competition for talent between countries and regions, leading to a "brain drain" from developing countries. However, international economic integration also provides favorable conditions and opportunities for developing countries to access high-quality human resources from developed countries to take on key management positions in various fields such as education, training, science and technology, and key industries. Archival and clerical human resources are no exception in this general context. This article identifies issues in the training and development of archival and clerical human resources and proposes solutions to enhance the quality of training in this field amidst current international integration.
