Measures to manage internship activities in master's degree training in educational management at Hanoi Capital University according to application orientation

Abstract

Implementing the goal of application-oriented training for master's degrees in educational management at Hanoi University raises the problem of strengthening the formation of professional practice capacity for students, connecting training with professional practice. Therefore, organizing internship activities for graduate students majoring in Educational Management at UDU effectively in the current context of higher education innovation is an urgent requirement in the training work of the University. From analyzing the concepts of professional internships and the role of professional internships in University of Higher Education, starting from the orientation of Master's training at Hanoi University in the current context, this study proposes 5 measures. Organizing internships for students majoring in the University of Higher Education and Training at Hanoi University today. The implementation of the proposed measures should be based on the practical conditions of the school, functional departments, specialized faculties, training majors and the social context of the training process.
