Abstract

Offering training programs in connection with businesses is crucial because it enables students to experience real-world exposure while studying at college and shorten the gap between theory and practice. Training programs can be designed to help students understand related working environment from the first year. As a result, they can make their own plans for personal development to better meet the job requirements upon their graduation.
