Abstract

Professional groups have a very important position and role in the activities of primary schools. Professional groups play a decisive and core role in the development of the school, the effectiveness of professional groups is a factor that directly determines the quality of school education. Therefore, managing professional groups is a key task in the management of primary schools of the Principal. The article presents the current situation of professional groups in primary schools in Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city.
