Current status of management of high school management staff in Ninh Thuan province

Abstract
Improving the quality of the education management staff is a key goal in the reform of education and training nationwide, and specifically in Ninh Thuan Province. Using a survey method with questionnaires, the author investigates the opinions of management staff and teachers regarding the professional standards for high school administrators to assess the current state of educational management staff in high schools in Ninh Thuan Province.
