Current state of managing the construction of a positive teaching staff community in high schools in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

The management of building positive pedagogical collective has been implemented by principals of high schools in Ho Chi Minh City and achieved some positive results, but there are still many shortcomings. This article researches the assessments of 150 teachers and 10 administrators of 10 high schools in Ho Chi Minh City on the current situation of management of building of positive pedagogical collective. The results show that there are still limitations in the process of principals planning, organizing and directing the implementation, checking and evaluating the building positive pedagogical collective.
