Abstract
Cultural and behavioral education is an important task of high schools. To develop a culture of positive behavior in secondary schools, five measures need to be taken: Raise awareness of managers, instructors and staff about the importance of managing initiatives adaptive cultural education; Develop strategies for managing cultural and behavioral education activities for students; Innovate the form of organization and implementation of management plans for cultural and behavioral education activities for students; Improve direction and implementation of management strategies for cultural and behavioral education programs for students; Regularly inspect and evaluate the results of implementing the plan for managing cultural and behavioral education activities of students.
