Proposing and developing a teaching process for the STEM topic of Hydraulic Lifting Machine

The content of the article proposes the development of a process and organization of STEM education experiences with the theme “Hydraulic lifter” for high school students based on available materials. The teaching process is built with logical and scientific design, including four activities. The results and discussions show that the research team has organized a successful experience for grade 8 students in two schools. The groups have been able to manually design, assemble and successfully test a hydraulic lifter under the guidance and support of teachers in two periods.
