Abstract

The engine control electrical system is considered extremely important for today's automobiles, especially for the Common Rail electronic fuel injection system. For technical training, learners must clearly understand the structure, operation as well as testing and collecting signals on the engine to develop diagnostic testing methods and research and development directions for the Common Rail electronic fuel injection system. This paper focuses on the application of the Common Rail BD3221-6J electronic fuel injection system model on diesel engines with the desire to help learners practice the skills of testing and diagnosing detailed parts of the system based on the parameters collected on the model.
