Abstract

Applying the problem-raising method is a necessary requirement in the process of innovating teaching methods and improving the quality and effectiveness of education and training. The article provides an overview of the problem-raising teaching method and the application of the problem-raising method in teaching the History of the Communist Party of Vietnam module at universities and colleges today.
