Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution with new technologies has been taking place strongly, it has affected all areas of social life, especially the educational environment. In particular, the role, capacity and qualifications of the teaching staff and educational managers are extremely important to the quality of education of the school. From the current situation of applying information technology and digital transformation of the teaching staff and educational managers, the article proposes a number of measures to improve the qualifications, skills in applying information technology, knowledge of digital transformation for the teaching staff and educational managers to meet the development trend of information technology and digital transformation.
