Managing professional group activities in primary schools is crucial for improving educational quality and ensuring the professional development of teachers. Management of professional group activities encourages collaboration among teachers and creates a supportive work environment. This paper addresses the current situation of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring professional group activities. It also examines the objective factors affecting the management of professional group activities. Based on this, it proposes measures and evaluates their necessity to enhance the quality of professional groups in primary schools.
