Research on establishing standards for assessing basic technical skills for male students in Physical Education 4 - Badminton at Ho Chi Minh City Banking University in the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year

Abstract

Through synthesis, interview selection and testing of reliability and informativeness, the study identified 04 technical tests used to check the professional physical fitness and basic technical achievements of male students studying Physical Education 4 subjects Badminton at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, including: 1) Low forehand serve 5 balls (points); 2) High forehand serve 5 balls (points); 3) Forehand drop shot 5 balls (points); 4) Backhand drop shot 5 balls (points).
The study has established standards for assessing basic technical proficiency for male students studying Physical Education 4 subjects Badminton at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. In which, the C scale, classification standards, as well as application of basic technical assessment standards have been established.
