Training human resources in marketing in the era of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution

Abstract

In the current period of economic and international integration, there are many opportunities for businesses in Vietnam in the field of production and trading of chemical products and services. The 4.0 industrial revolution has had significant impacts on production and business activities for businesses, while creating favorable conditions for the human resource market, especially industry marketing human resources. The demand for specialized marketing human resources is increasing due to the development trend, but the quality of current marketing human resources is still lacking in practice, leading to failure to meet the requirements of businesses. The following article presents the current status of specialized marketing human resources and provides opportunities and regulations for this human resource. At the same time, recommendations are made to help train human resources more effectively.
