Abstract

From identifying basic theoretical issues, analyzing and evaluating the current situation, the author of the article proposes 04 measures to cope with school anxiety of students at Le Quy Don Secondary School, Lang Son City, Lang Son Province, including: Raising awareness of school anxiety for teachers and parents; Developing school anxiety prevention programs for students; Providing psychological support for students showing signs of school anxiety; Increasing extracurricular activities and experiential activities for students.
