Abstract

The professional group in junior high schools is the place to directly implement teaching requirements such as innovating content and teaching methods. The activities of professional groups help teachers have the opportunity to exchange and cooperate in performing professional tasks; Let’s share good experiences in teaching and education together. Applying learning organization theory in managing professional group activities will promise to create professional groups with high teamwork, members will constantly learn, cooperate and help each other, and be democratic. and solidarity... and those things will create strong, positive impacts on the teaching quality of schools. This study will clarify the nature and influence of learning organization theory in managing professional group activities in secondary schools. From there, orient measures to manage professional group activities in the direction of a learning organization.
