Abstract

The comprehensive general education program has emphasized the comprehensive development of students’ qualities and abilities. The goal is to educate the young generation not only physically but also mentally, helping students become more proactive and creative. Especially in Biology, the development of natural science abilities plays a very important role such as raising awareness of biology, exploring the living world and applying knowledge to practical situations. This not only helps students better understand biological concepts but also improves their ability to analyze and solve problems in daily life. Practical exercises are an extremely effective tool in the teaching and learning process, especially in developing students’ essential abilities such as information processing, problem solving and applying knowledge to specific situations. Practical exercises help students not only absorb theory but also apply it in practice, thereby improving their thinking and creativity and thereby developing their ability to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned.
