Abstract

Developing pedagogical skills for students in the Primary Education department is an important factor that determines the quality of primary teacher training. However, in the learning process, some students do not pay much attention to the training of pedagogical skills or have not specifically identified the skills that need to be trained. Therefore, this article presents an overview of the importance and factors influencing the training of pedagogical skills for students in the Primary Education (PE) department to improve the quality of primary teacher training. The article presents 7 basic skill groups in pedagogical skills and forms of organization to form and train pedagogical skills for students in the Primary Education department at Tay Nguyen University.
