Abstract

Using conventional scientific research methods to assess the current situation and trends of social demand for human resources in the field of Shooting at Bac Ninh University of Sports. The results have identified advantages, limitations and analyzed subjective and objective causes. Initially forecasting the demand for human resources in the field of Shooting at Bac Ninh University of Sports in the period of 2025 with a vision to 2030.
