Abstract

The quality of education in a school is directly determined by its teaching staff. Therefore, the development and professional training of teachers is both a goal and a driving force for the school’s development. This article discusses the planning, organization, direction, and evaluation of professional development, identifies the conditions necessary for professional competence training, and proposes measures to enhance the management of professional development for teachers.
