Abstract

Junior high school teaching staff is the determining factor in the quality and effectiveness of junior high schools. To develop junior high school teaching staff, it is necessary to create synchronously in both quantity, quality, and structure, to imdevelprove the quality of school education and help junior high teachers have sufficient moral qualities and professional capacity consistent with the professional standards requirements of junior school teachers in the current context.
