This article analyzes the strengths, limitations, and identifies the causes of these limitations in the process of assessing the current state of school culture management in primary schools in Phụng Hiệp district, Hậu Giang province. From there, it proposes measures for managing and promoting the development of school culture in primary schools in Phụng Hiệp district, Hậu Giang province.”
