Building and using Rubrics to evaluate statistical thinking capacity of students in high school

Abstract
Assessment of competence in general, assessment of statistical thinking competence in particular, is a new and difficult issue for high school teachers. The content of the article presents the scientific basis and the process of building a rubric to assess statistical thinking competence for high school students in teaching statistical mathematics as an assessment tool to support learning to meet the orientation of testing and assessment according to the competence of the program.
