The situation of developing the team of researchers at the Asian Institute for Educational Research and Human Resource Development

Abstract

Scientific research activities of the staff and researchers in the institute still have many limitations. The research team has not met the practical requirements of the research institute, the quality of scientific research projects is not high, the research team is still lacking and weak, especially leading experts in the field of education. Moreover, the mechanisms and policies for scientific research activities have not received due attention. Therefore, to meet the requirements of current educational innovation as well as to improve the research capacity of the research team of the Asia Institute for Educational Research and Human Resource Development is extremely necessary.
