Abstract

Information technology always develops rapidly and strongly. Therefore, equipping teachers with information technology skills needs to be carried out regularly and continuously throughout the school years. When fostering the ability to use information technology for teachers, it is necessary to pay attention to learners who are high school teachers, who are mature in all aspects. They do not have all the characteristics of adult learners but also have characteristics that reflect the quality of their professional work. This article presents the management of information technology application capacity training activities for teachers in elementary schools.
