Abstract

This article focuses on the issue of digital transformation in workload management of foreign language lecturers in order to improve work efficiency, especially in university education, where teaching and learning methods are changing rapidly. Through an actual survey of foreign language instructors at University of Foreign languages, Hue University, it has been shown that digital transformation applications in workload management are limited, while many instructors feel their workload increases due to having to learn how to use these tools themselves, due to lack of integration between management systems, etc. Thereby showing the need to invest in easy-to-use tools, technical infrastructure, and digital skills training for lecturers to improve their work efficiency.
