This study examines the impact of Quillbot, an AI-powered tool, on improving writing skills for non-English major students in the General English 3 course at Hoa Lu University. The study discusses the importance of AI in education and relevant policies from Vietnam’s Ministry of Education. Practical tips for maximizing Quillbot’s features are provided.
