Students' independent learning skills of VNU University of Languages and International Studies

Abstract

In the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution and globalization trend, students are required to have independent learning skills. This study uses the written survey method to conduct a survey of 298 students of VNU University of Languages and International Studies, to find out the current status of their independent learning skills. Research results show that the status of students’ independent learning skills is at an average level, in which students perform best in the group of cognitive skills in learning, and worst in the group of management skills in learning. study. Therefore, VNU University of Languages and International Studies needs to build a system of measures to further develop students’ independent learning skills.
