Abstract

This article presents issues related to the design and organization of technical STEM lessons in the topic "Enzyme technology and applications" - Biology Grade 10 to develop the ability to apply knowledge and learned skills for students. In addition to the design and organization process, the article also mentions manifestations and criteria for evaluating the ability to apply learned knowledge and skills suitable for 10th-grade students and the content and requirements to be fill topic. These are suggestions to help high school teachers refer to the design and organization of teaching activities to fill the 2018 general education program according to the competency approach.
