Abstract

Building a digital learning society is a key strategy to promote digital transformation in education and various sectors in Vietnam. This is a necessary step to enhance the quality of education and develop a workforce that meets the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, this process faces challenges such as underdeveloped IT infrastructure, limited technological workforce capacity, and insufficient awareness of lifelong learning. This article analyzes the current state and proposes solutions, including developing comprehensive IT infrastructure, improving workforce training quality and shifting public perception towards lifelong learning, aiming to build a sustainable digital learning society.
