Abstract

This paper analyzes one important major trends in global financial system governance, focusing on the rising role and influence of developing coutries on shaping the current financial governance dynamism on international fora. The paper provides insights into the changing of the global dynamism where developing countries are transitioning from a silent majority to the awaken factors that requires a certain voice in the global financial landscape and how such landscape is translated into the structure and trends in global finance. The paper also offers adaptation strategies for developing countries like Viet Nam in this new landscape.
