Abstract

One of the contents of practical significance put forward by President Ho Chi Minh and requires effective practice in the practice of work, study and life for all cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, employees, students, etc. From children, young people to adults and the elderly, they all need to learn and apply the content of thrift and anti-waste practices. With the characteristics of a multi-disciplinary college, propagating, disseminating and educating the law in general and the law on thrift and anti-waste practices is a regular task of the University. In order to perform that task, it is very necessary to study, study, apply and follow the ideology and example of thrift and anti-waste practice of President Ho Chi Minh.
