Abstract

Developing undergraduate training programs based on the CDIO approach focuses on building and improving curricula that aim to provide students with comprehensive education in knowledge, skills, and attitudes through an integrated program. This article applies the CIPO approach to the process of developing training programs in order to closely align employer requirements with educational goals, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills. This helps the training programs become flexible, effective, and suitable for the demands of the international labor market. As a result, students not only acquire specialized knowledge but are also ready to adapt to diverse and constantly changing work environments in the context of global economic integration.
