Digital competency and digital technology: from the perspective of information security in foreign language training at People‘s Police University

Abstract

In the context of global digital transformation, universities are required to improve digital capabilities and use digital platforms for foreign language training. In this article, we will talk about the digital competency framework, as well as the difficulties and opportunities that lecturers and students may encounter when improving their digital competencies. At the same time, the author offers suggestions to improve digital capabilities as well as ensure information security in the modern period.
