Abstract

The article provides an overview of competency-based teaching, examines the current situation of teaching, and proposes measures for managing Vietnamese language teaching activities in primary schools with a focus on student competency development. Each measure is designed with specific goals and detailed implementation plans to ensure feasibility and effectiveness. The article emphasizes that the collaboration between schools, teachers, parents, and the community is a key factor for successfully implementing these innovative measures, contributing to building a modern, student-centered educational environment that fosters the comprehensive development of students’ competencies.
