Abstract

The role of exemplary qualities is of particular importance for the management staff of cadets in military officer schools. However, at present, some cadet management staff still lack role-model behavior and have not fully fulfilled their leadership responsibilities. Specific measures to implement include strengthening political education, raising awareness through organizational activities, practical educational operations, and monitoring and supervision.
