Abstract

Developing soft skills for students is one of the important requirements currently being emphasized to enhance the quality of education at universities in general and at Thu Dau Mot University in particular, in order to meet the demands of the labor market. This article discusses some concepts related to soft skills, their role, and measures to improve the effectiveness of soft skills training for students at Thu Dau Mot University today.
