Abstract

In this study, we analyzed the impact of pulse current intensity on electrode wear time when using the CNC shaping pulse machine (P26-E30) MAXSEE. The research focused on optimizing machining parameters to minimize electrode wear and improve machining efficiency. The results demonstrated a correlation between pulse current intensity and wear time, thereby providing a basis for optimizing technical parameters during the machining process.
