Abstract

Stress is a common condition among entrepreneurs. Research conducted on 179 entrepreneurs in Ho Chi Minh City revealed that 44% experienced moderate levels of stress, while 17% faced severe stress. The primary factors contributing to stress in entrepreneurs include the pressures of management responsibilities, the competitive business environment, and work-related relationships. These findings and recommendations serve as an important foundation for developing mental health support policies for entrepreneurs in Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to improve psychological well-being and enhance work performance.
