Abstract
This study focuses on evaluating the current state of managing professional development activities
in teaching technology for teachers at Thanh Xuan Middle School in the context of digital transformation.
The results indicate that the school has made initial efforts with modern facilities and an awareness
among the management board; however, there remain limitations in diversifying the content and forms of
professional development and in establishing an effective evaluation system. The study proposes solutions
aimed at improving management practices, thereby contributing to enhancing teachers’ ability to apply
technology and meeting the requirements of digital transformation in education.
