Abstract

Morality and law constitute two fundamental forms of social consciousness that play a crucial role
in orienting and regulating human behavior, thereby serving as essential instruments for the State in ensuring
effective social governance. Throughout his life, President Hồ Chí Minh attached great importance to the
dialectical unity between moral and legal education, regarding it as the cornerstone for fostering the socialist
personality. His ideological legacy continues to provide a valuable theoretical foundation and practical guidance
for contemporary youth education. Building upon that perspective, this paper outlines orientations for applying
Hồ Chí Minh’s thought in educating young people, aiming to cultivate a generation of Vietnamese youth
distinguished by moral integrity, legal consciousness, and a strong sense of civic responsibility, in alignment with
the requirements of national renovation and global integration
