Abstract

ABSTRACT
Using the case teaching method in teaching the module Organizational behavior is to change the previous
passive learning style, promote the initiative, activeness and creativity in learning and research of students
majoring in Human Resource Management. This is a teaching method capable of increasing learning interest,
promoting students’ thinking ability and linking theoretical knowledge with practice. This article presents the
basic problems of case teaching: concepts, outstanding advantages, teaching methods and conditions to be
kept in mind when applying the case method in teaching in order to improve teaching and learning effective
training, meeting the needs of society.
