ABSTRACT
Environment is the source of personality formation and development. Therefore, the construction of an
environment in pedagogical schools that ensures the criteria of the educational and cultural environment
not only creates favorable conditions for learners’ personality, but also creates motivation to work. jobs for
officials and employees in the school. Therefore, it can be affirmed that building an educational cultural
environment in universities of pedagogy is a solution to improve the quality of teacher training.
