Abstract

ABSTRACT
The university-enterprise model (there exists a university in the enterprise and the enterprise in the
university) and the university-enterprise cooperation model have developed very well in the world. This
cooperation has a positive impact on teaching and scientific research activities in the university and constantly
improves the quality of student training. From the assessment of a number of cooperation models between
universities and enterprises in the world and in Vietnam, the study has pointed out the existing aspects that
hinder the cooperation between universities and enterprises in Vietnam.
